- How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Orders received till 9:00am will be dispatched on the same day. Orders received after 9.00am or on non-working days will be dispatched on the next working day. Most orders are delivered within 3 to 7 working days depending on the location of delivery. Delivery will be done only at the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
Note:- We do not process Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders above Rs. 2000/-
- Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email and/or SMS which will include a unique tracking number that you can use to track your parcel. You can track your order using the tracking number at https://ferryscouture.com/pages/track-order
- Do I have to pay any other taxes and/or fees?
All taxes and other fees/charges are included in the price of the order.
Important Conditions for Return/Exchange requests
- All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (for e.g. returned item must be packed in the proper packaging material)
- Under Exchange Policy, only size exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size. Exchanges are allowed only if your address is serviceable for an exchange by our Logistics team.
- In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well.
REFUND
- How will I receive my refund?
Refund’s will be processed and credited in your account within 7 to 10 business days from the date of courier being received in our warehouse.
RETURNS
- How do I return an item?
Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days within India/ International from the date of receipt of orders. In any case, the request for return should be raised in not more than 48 hours of delivery, failing which the return/exchange will not be accepted.
If you wish to place any return or exchange request. kindly do so on https://ferryscouture.returnscenter.com/ and fill in your Order Id and E-mail id use to placed the order. Kindly ensure to upload the images at least 3 for us to analyse the condition of the product. Return/Exchange request placed without the images shall not be entertained. Also, if an exchange or return request is made post 7 days from the date of delivery, the system will not accept the request. Once a return/exchange request is successfully placed, our team will monitor the request and if all conditions are fulfilled, we will arrange a reverse pick.
